Grafton Street Multi-storey car park project in Manchester

Grafton street MSCP

Multi-storey car park extension increasing capacity to over 1700 spaces

Within the grounds of the live Manchester Joint Hospitals site, SCCDB have successfully extended the existing multi-storey car park on Grafton Street. Extensive planning was undertaken with the Client to enable their aspirations of maintaining the live car park throughout the build to be realised.

SCCDB have provided a “turn-key” solution on the project, increasing the carpark capacity to over 1700 spaces including new management facilities and a staff cycle hub with 100 secure cycle spaces and changing facilities.

The car park has been finished externally with landscaping, sympathetically blending within the hospital surroundings and completed with striking perforated cladding. Making this an iconic multi-storey car park.
